Recent Events

HMAS YARRA
The Venturer Unit Attended the HMAS YARRA memorial on Sunday 12.11.00 . Well over 500 people attended including the Mayor of Hobsons bay and many Naval Officials. The unit handed out booklets and got everyone to sign attandance records. The unit also supplied some seating and helped throughout the day. The unit was very proud to take part in such an event.

TRIVIA NIGHT

The scout group ran a Trivia Night and all the venturers from our unit went. It was a great night and well done to everybody who helped!

SCOUT DISCO
The Venturer Unit held a scout disco at the scout break up party

DEEP THOUGHT & MINDWARP

Travis & Darren have also participated in the Ideals 1 & 2 courses.

MELBOURNE GANGSHOW

Two of our members participated in Melbourne Gangshow this year in the Technical Department. It was about a 6 month activity where members: Travis & Darren were part of the lighting team. Travis played the role of a followspot operator and Darren was lighting board operator and assistant designer.
